Before submitting a question to the Ask an Expert service, you must read the Disclaimer & Guidelines and instructions.
Reminders.
- Please note we are transitioning to new, improved systems. If you are looking for previously submitted archived questions, contact susan.bonner@iiaba.net.
- Allow 5 to 7 business days for a response.
- All responses are made through the Ask an Expert portal. We will not respond via email.
- Your response will come from askanexpert@iiaba.net.
- Always include applicable forms.
- If you are referring to an ISO form or any specific coverage question, attach a copy of the forms that include the form number with edition date.
- If this is a claim denial and you have a copy of the carrier’s denial letter, please include a copy of that letter.
- If you have a specific coverage question, please include all applicable forms – including the policy forms. Experts will not opine without a copy of the forms.
- If you include acronyms that are not commonly used or specific to your question, please type them out at first reference. (Eg: GAP – Guaranteed Auto Protection)
- We cannot answer state-specific questions. Contact your state association for assistance with state-specific questions, such as licensing, vehicle registrations, etc.
- Please refrain from specifically naming any carrier in your question.
